3 to 5 Seconds is a project by Swedish industrial designer Jenny Nordberg. Like many other of her projects part of a larger and ongoing work about how we produce and consume today, how we’ve done historically and how we could do it in the future. In the project 3 to 5 Seconds she examines how different properties from the handmade and mass produced can be combined.

Jenny Nordberg graduated in 2004 and has since then been working with exploration and and always cross-border.

Is it possible to make one of a kind handmade items really fast?, Jenny Nordberg asks herself. I’m driven to find and show alternatives and new solutions primarily in consumption and production.
