The collection Fall/Winter by Valentin Loellmann for Galerie Gosserez consists mainly of stools and benches with different dimensions and structures. Although diverse in size and set-up, all the pieces in this collection are characterized by a similar working process in which mortise-and-tenon joints are used to connect hazel branches to an oak top. A mixture of sawdust and glue is used to fill and round off these connections, resulting in an esthetic, organic form in which no sharp edges remain.
Fall/Winter will be on show at the galery during next Pavillon des Arts et du Design in Paris next month.
