Day two of my event Designboost took place at Europaporten conference center. During the day 25 different boosters talked about sustainable design from many different angles. The audience (there were approximate 500 of them) got the chance to listen to everything from designers, architects and ethnographers to trend researchers, professors and ice cream makers. The different talks turned inside out of the ordinary definitions of sustainable design and hopefully it will make the audience challenge it as well. The speakers were (in chronological order): Satyendra Pakhale, Jens Martin Skibsted, Mathilda Tham, Tim Power + Thomas Sandell, Olof Kolte, Stephen Burks, Kristina Börjesson, Jonas Bylund, Kristina Dryza, Brent Richards, Jody Turner, Mårten Claesson, Sean Pillot de Chenecey, Kevin Low, Katarin Graffman + Ida Hult, Jennifer Leonard, John-Michael Ekeblad, Björn Jeffery, Nina Jobs, Oliver Ike and Ewa Kumlin + Kerstin Sylwan. On top of this Christer Larsson from City of Malmö held the inaugural speech and Anjali Haryana interacted with the audience in some different short body stretch sessions. Below follows some pictures from the different boost chats.
