Designgalleriet in Stockholm is showing an exhibition called Tokyo Takushii by Swedish designers and architects Claesson Koivisto Rune. The exhibition started with a fascination for taxi cars in Tokyo and all three have a lot of photos from a lot of trips to the city. Out of hundreds of photos ten was chosen as sources of inspiration for a series of carpets in limited edition. There is three carpets produced in each design and you will also get a signed photo of the correspondent taxi!

“During many decades the West has influenced Japan. Now the tide is turning and Japan is brought to us. It feels new and exciting for us as designers” says the three designers behind Claesson Koivisto Rune.

The exhibition is on display until February 14th.
