More Tokyo design
Here follows another post about exhibitions going on during DesignTide and 100% design Tokyo. Just as in the earlier posts it is the David Report friend Tomoki Kusakabe who is selecting the best shows and delivering all the nice images. First out is anarchy mackintosh by Koichiro Kimura in the Tokyo Hipsters club building (designed by Tom Dixon as his first architectural project). Next show is called Play with colours by MC Living and involves Bob Foundation, Eva Schildt, Fulguru, Hanna Werning and Kenjiro Sano. After that you will find images from the Serious mellow show at the furniture store Cibone. It showcases pieces by Hella Jongerius, Piet Hein Eek, Stuart Haygarth and Moooi. That’s all for today. Tomoki and I will be back tomorrow with further shows. During the week you will also be able to see some examples from cool Tokyo street life, shops and architecture. Stay tuned!
