The storage Bågar (means ‘bows’) by Brikolör will be launched at a separate exhibition at Biologiska Museum in Stockholm on 9 February. Made in varnished MDF and available in several colours and in either 2-bows or 4-bows wide. The sections are available in three separate heights. Bågar is made by hand from certified cabinet makers in Sweden.
With an ambition to create furniture with a guaranteed durability of 300 years the furniture producer Brikolör showed their first prototypes at iSalone in Milan 2009. The stool Älta-Älta was one the prototypes at the fair and Älta-Älta is the first furniture produced by the company.
Brikolör is both Industri and Kritik – an industrial corporation under construction as well as a tool for critique and thinking. A company with the ultimate goal to save the world through changing the economical system in its foundation. The company is based in Göteborg, Sweden.
